The IRS has provisions for a bicycle commuter employee benefit of up to $20 per month.  woo-hoo!  For people that drive, a $230 parking benefit.  

NY Times City Room has begun a weekly biking column.  The first post explains basic maintenance necessary to get your bike ready for the summer season.
