		<description><![CDATA[Unfortunately there is no such program at this time.  I&#039;ve been advocating for one for a while, but it takes time to put something like this in place.  If you have time to take pictures of the bikes and email them to me, I&#039;d be happy to add them to the map.  That doesn&#039;t mean they&#039;ll be removed, but it raises awareness about the problem.]]></description>
