I.e. if a bike frame is clearly stripped, damaged, abandoned, just cut the lock and put it into a trash bin?

I’ve been advocating for one for a while, but it takes time to put something like this in place. If you have time to take pictures of the bikes and email them to me, I’d be happy to add them to the map. That doesn’t mean they’ll be removed, but it raises awareness about the problem.
